Pricing & Payment Breakup

1. Home Collection Services

• Free for orders above ₹1500, otherwise a nominal fee of ₹20/km applies.
• Service available from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM across our service locations.

2. Payment Breakup

Customers will receive a detailed invoice with the following breakdown:

• Test Charges – Based on individual or package selection.
• Home Collection Charges – As applicable according to distance from the outlet.
• Urgent Reporting Charges – ₹299 (if applicable).
• Smart Report Book (for self-analysis) – ₹199.
• Total Payable Amount.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• Online Payments: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets.
• Cash Payments: Accepted at our collection centers and for home collection services.
• 0% at the time of report. Report cannot be downloaded if any payment is due.

4. Discounts & Offers

• Senior Citizen Discount: Up to 20% off on all tests.
• Loyalty Program: Earn points on every booking for discounts on future tests.
