Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Guidelines

We understand that plans may change. Customers can cancel their bookings as per the policy below:

2. Pathology Tests (Including Home Collection)

• Before Sample Collection: Free cancellation if requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• After Sample Collection: No cancellation or refund, as the test process has already started.

3. Home Collection Appointments

• Before Phlebotomist’s Visit: Free cancellation if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• After Phlebotomist Arrives: Cancellation fee applicable.
• After Sample Collection: No cancellation or refund.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Appointments can be rescheduled at no extra cost up to 2 hours before for pathology/home collection and 4 hours before for radiology tests.
• Rescheduling after the cutoff time may be subject to availability.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
• For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
